The classic Kerala Kasavu tissue saree, reimagined with our most-loved motif — the humble red chilli. Playful, tribal-style red chillies with green stems, outlined in black, are hand-painted across the border and the rich pallu, framed by a lustrous copper-gold zari border on a soft off-white tissue base.

Materials
Kerala Kasavu tissue, chosen to suit the artwork.
Care
Dry clean for the first 2 washes. Thereafter, gentle hand wash separately in cold water. Do not scrub the painted area. Iron on low heat on the reverse side.
Painted by hand in small batches. Tiny variations in line and tone are the signature of original work. Never flaws, always fingerprints.
